The owners and proprietors of Optima Jewelers, Ron Ly and Wendy Tang Ly joined forces in August 1997, to create Optima Jewelers, a store of luxury and fine jewelry with humble beginnings. Optima Jewelers was a small store at first located in Albrecht's Market; it was less than 500 square feet in size, yet even though they were small they sold luxurious and one of a kind works of art. When Albrecht's closed, Ron and Wendy were not discouraged. They took this chance to relocate the store to a larger, more lavish 1500 plus square foot building.

Optima Jewelers has a very experienced staff on hand. The master craftsmen Ron Ly enjoys creating wearable, and affordable works of art for his clients. Ron was always searching for a way to express his artistic talents and found that he was extremely skilled in crafting jewelry. Wendy is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institution of America. She is an expert in evaluating customers heirlooms and treasures.
