Little Tigers’ Class:
Intended for preschool and kindergarten age children (2 ½ to 5 years old), our Little Tigers martial arts program is based on Fitness, Focus and Fun! We understand the unique challenges preschool and kindergarten age children present to both parents and teachers. Our Tiger Tot instructors are friendly and encouraging.

Junior Tigers’ Class
These classes are intended for children aged 5 and over. Teachers and parents alike often notice a dramatic difference in children who study martial arts. Children listen better at home, handle homework and chores more efficiently, put more effort into schoolwork, and receive better grades.
Your child will learn:

-The Importance of courtesy and respect
-Self-control and cooperation

Teen & Adult Class:
These classes are designed to improve flexibility, balance, endurance and strength while teaching self-defense techniques. Many of our adults join with little or no experience. Our instructors are always receptive to your questions and will take the time to teach you step-by-step, with patience and enthusiasm.
Teens & Adults will:
-Improve their health
-Reduce their stress
-Meet friendly people and build lasting friendships
-Increase their confidence
-Learn a highly effective form of self defense
Family Classes:
Families can train together, providing you with shared goals, quality family time, and an opportunity to meet a great group of friendly people.
