I've been using SmartPark for about eight years now and have been very, very happy with their service! Their staff are always pleasant and courteous. They are very convenient to the Phila. airport but not in a high-traffic area. I enjoy occasionally seeing my car as we take off or land! :) And a fun little added bonus--they offer you Smarties (candy) when you return. I highly recommend them!

Terrific experience. We've had good and bad luck with other PHL offsite parking but Smart Park was all good! Friendly people, easy access, fast drop-off and pick-up even late at night on a Sunday. Highly recommend - we will certainly use from now on.

I have been with smart park since the begining, I watched them grow and become the premiere parking facility in Phila.
They are the best, I am there every week so I know what I am talking about. If you are not using Smart Park you are missing out.

I have been using Smart Park since I started traveling for work in 1998. Originally referred to by co-workers, I now tell EVERYONE about Smart Park. Safe, secure, and you can get your car detailed as a very good rate while you are away...life doesn't get much better!

Found them by Google. Very easy to locate, map was helpful - price reasonable if you print out the coupon! Didn't have to wait long after I called in! I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone flying out of PHL! It isn't right next to the airport, so allow a little bit extra travel time from lot to airport!

We used Smart Park when we went on a trip to Disney, and traveling with 2 kids was made much simplier by using Smart Park. The pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy.
Plus, we had our car detailed while we were away and they did a fantastic job! Nothing better than coming home to a clean car.
We will definitely use Smart Park again.

Friendly staff, even at 4:30 am, and when traveling alone, I was never worried about safety in the parking lot. Return pick ups are usually very quick.

My wife and I have used Smart Park for years, and will continue to do so. Friendly staff, prompt service, affordable prices, and great location (minutes from airport) - we have never worried about our cars while on their lots.

Excellent service. Always willing to accomodate. Once, their lots were full so they offered valet service at no extra charge. Once their lots were full and they suggested another lot that would honor my coupon for SmartPark. All staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend SmartPark!

I recently used Smart Park for a trip. After a very nice gentleman deposited me at the airport, I realized I left my cell phone in my car. I really needed it to connect with the other party as well as stay in contact with my family. I called and they immediately sent out a driver to pick me up and get my cell phone. The lady was so nice and did not make me feel bad. I told the new driver and he had a lot of better stories than mine. Thanks so much and I will always recommend Smart Park.

Iv been usisng Smart Park for 4 years now and am always 100% Satisfied. Valet Service is so convienent especialy in the winter when the weather is bad. It is so nice to come back to a warm vehicle that is not frosted over or coverd in snow. Also the wonderful, friendly cashier who has always been there is so nice and funny. Always look forward to seeing her.

My daughter started using Smart Park in 1998. When I moved to the Phila area and was doing a lot of traveling, I used Smart Park every week for 5 years. Their service was always professional and their drivers and staff always courteous. Even though I don't travel as much today, I still use Smart Park whenever I fly out of PHL!

This is the first time I have used Smartpark and they were fabulous. I love Michelle, she was so friendly and accomodating. They have an awesome system to help make your traveling experience smooth. Smartpark was recommended by a friend who has been using Smartpark for 11yrs, now I know why. They Rock!

I started using Smart Park a few months ago and will never go back to "regular" airport parking again! The service is fabulous. They are prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. Whether it's for business or pleasure, my trips have become much less hectic since I got "smart."

I've been a loyal Smart Park customer now for 11 years. I've tried a couple other services, but have never been received as well or felt as safe as when I use Smart Park. I travel 5-6 times a year, and now only use them. They also do a great job a detailing my car. Nothing is better than getting back and seeing your car restored to mint condition. They feel like family, try them and you will see.

I've been parking at this facility for over 3 years...most of my trips involve visiting sick family members, so my heads not always in the game.Every time I park here the service has been great. Courteous employees who make traveling during difficult times a pleasant experience.

I love smartpark! I'm a young female traveling for business and I drive myself. it feels good that no matter what time of the day; people are friendly, eager to help, and always have smiles on their faces. The place is clean and secure. I love it there and won't park anywhere else! Great Rates too!

I ahve parked at another facility out of habit for years. I tried Smartpark on a whim and will never go back to the other place again. Smartpark is closer to the airport, the staff is much more professional and courteous, and they cost less than the other place. No brainer...

I recently used Smart Park for the first time. I have always taken a shuttle service to the airport from a location near my house, but after using Smart Park, I'll never use the shuttle again. They were easy to find, waiting at a spot for me to park, and the return trip was just as easy. And much cheaper too. You have a new customer... Thanks

I have used SmartPark for years, and have always been pleased with their service. Even when I travel for business and the cost is "covered", I prefer SmartPark to the on-site airport parking because it feels safer and it definitely is more friendly. Goes without saying that it costs a LOT less. Highly recommended.

I have used Smart Park on a weekly basis for the past 6 months. I've always had great service and polite reception. I love the marketing by giving away "smarties" as you leave. The only suggestion I have would be to prorate the time you are parked. If you are beyond 2 hrs. into the day, you are charged for a full day.

I just called Smart Park for information about long term parking. I spoke to a CSR named Kathy and she was very very pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle would be in good hands while I was traveling. I haven't seen or used Smart Park, but I am sure that it is a top notch organization. Thanks Kathy.

This was the first time my bride & I used Smart Park, but it will not be the last. Everyone, from the people I spoke to on the phone to the drivers & Anna Marie in the booth were, first class. We wiil be flying out in March, for 10 days, and Smart Park will be our choice parking our vehicle. FOR SURE A 5 Star operation.

Smart Park long term airport parking was definitely part of our vacation. After leaving for Florida for a week, we returned to the same efficient friendly crew. They picked us up within minutes from the airport and were all too courteous and kind handling 10 pieces of luggage while I loaded 4 children into the van. Our car was safe and secure...I could have sworn it was dirty when I left it there.. They must have washed my car! Amazing. Highly Recommend

Last week was my first time using Smart Park and it was great. I arrived the van followed me to my parking place, driver retrieved my luggage and we were off to the airport. Took 15 minutes - returned to the airport a week later, called for a ride - a van was actually outside...I was to my vehicle within 20 minutes - staff was courtest, helpful, my car was fine, they have my future business.
I would not change a thing - they understand customer service.
